can i download itunes u to my windows pc

i have windows 7 and i really wanna have itunes u on it . Is it possible?

Or is there a way that i can transfer my itunes u material and lectures from iphone to win pc .

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

The iTunes U catalog can be accessed from the iTunes Store. All you will need is iTunes:

Apple - iTunes - Download iTunes Now

I have this question also because my students say that they cannot access the content. When I have tried from my MacBook Air via the iTunes U course link, I get a message saying that it is designed for iOS only. Are there some settings I can change in course manager?
