can i download itunes u to my windows pc

The iTunes U catalog can be accessed from the iTunes Store. All you will need is iTunes:

I have this question also because my students say that they cannot access the content. When I have tried from my MacBook Air via the iTunes U course link, I get a message saying that it is designed for iOS only. Are there some settings I can change in course manager?
