All sales are final. What is the reason that you want to have them refunded?

You should get a receipt for the purchases within 24 to 48 hours by email. Use the Report link in the email to start a conversation with iTunes Support. As stated, Apple views all sales as final. Apple occassionally gives a refund on a one times basis. You might consider if the cost of this app is the one you want to use your one time refund with.
