I'm just curiouse if the can fix it for free. The problem is that my lock button is stuck.

Sprint corporate locations now have the ability to repair iPhones. You should take it in to one as a first option to see if they will repair it for you
I have already tried that sprint told me to take to apple because you have to buy warranty, and would cost me 11 dollars a month, they they would do it for free at apple if I had no less that a year.
Apple provides warranty service on it's phones, not the carriers, at least in the US.
All iPhones come with a 1 year warranty. If you're within the warranty period and your issue isn't the result of accidental damage, then your phone will be replaced free of charge. Just make an appointment at your nearest Genius Bar.
Sprint is the only carrier in the US that will provide warranty repair for Sprint iPhones but only Sprint iPhones. This just started July 16th
i had the same exact problem. I bought an iphone 4 from my coworker, but the lock button broke. I thought id take it to the Apple store but i didnt have warranty. They charge like $100 to fix it. Got a new iphone 5 with Sprint, ended up being worse. Their service is terrible. 😠
Not true! I got Sprint a month ago. Went on Friday cus i have the biggest problem with my Iphone, they didnt even help me or bother to take a look at it. If they did, they wanted to charge me $100 bucks.

Lots of people use the iPhone, including the iPhone 5, on the Sprint network. Had coffee with two of them on Saturday. You are having a problem with your iPhone. Make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and on your way there get another nanoSIM at a corporate Sprint Store for the Genius to use for testing.
I bought a iPhone like about 6 months ago, it was a iPhone 4 sprint model,but the lock button won't work if I take it to the apple store will I have a warranty on it ?
