iTunes Radio Doesn't Work

Hi,

My client has the latest version of iTunes. He can listen to music he has downloaded. But he can't listen to radio stations. He clicks on one, a box pops up saying he is connecting, but he is never able to connect. Does anyone have any idea why the radio stations won't work?

By the way, it's not a firewall issue. I turned off his firewall, and the radio still wouldn't work. The radio on RealPlayer works, but my client prefers the stations on iTunes.

Hmmm.

I get an error with some stations, but not others...maybe it's the stations your client is attempting to listen to?

Well actually it happens with all the stations. Does anyone know what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.
