how much does it cost to unlock iphone to use on any network

I am looking at changing network provider in the UK from Orange (EE) to which my iphone 4s is currently locked to.

Does anybody know costs envolved to unlock and where to get this carried out?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

Only the original cellular provider can authorize unlocking. You will need to contact them to determine their unlocking policy and any charges that may be incurred.
