Q: I have downloaded songs prior to my issue. I have three songs saying waiting to download. It has been four days and nothing. What is going on?

I have tried to download songs and the songs say waiting to download. Not sure why this is taking place as I have downloaded other songs. Please help

If you continue to have issues, try deleting the purchase and re-downloading using this method (please confirm the purchases are available before deleting):
