updated the app which I have had for a while and paid 5.99 for and now I cannot open it. Did I lose everything. Why won't it open. Keeps closing me out. I have restarted the phone twice.

Have you tried Resetting your iPhone: Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.
How do I contact them. I tried to look it up but got no where.

I don't see that option at all. I looked at every page. When I try to open it it just closes me out before letting me in app.

Yes and I clicked on all those options. None of them help. I can't even go to help in the app. I can't get the app to open. And that's where it keeps taking me back to app. Turns black then closes out.
You can try Restoring your iPhone from backup and if that doesn't work Restore it as new and manually reload everything.
