Q: The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.

Hello Good evening!

Please, I would like to support you.

What should I do and what you can do in this matter?

Below is the message that appears on my iphone.

The SIM card inserted in this iPhone does not appear to be supported.

The SIM card that you have installed on this iPhone is a carrier that is not supported within the activation policy that is currently assigned to the activation server. This is not a hardware problem with iPhone. Please insert another SIM card from a supported carrier or request that the iPhone be unlocked by the operator. Please contact Apple for more information.

I thank you for your attention.

The message seems clear enough to me.   Have you contacted the SIM card provider?   Have you had your phone unlocked via someone unauthorised?

Here are a few notes on troubleshooting that may be helpful.

Have you just purchased the iPhone or has the issue arisen on your existing iPhone.

If the former you have an iPhone locked to a carrier other than the one whose sim you are using ansd will have to identify who that carrier is

Might help if you share where you are and which carrier,s sim is giving the error
