will my iPhone 5 A1428 GSM work in sweden gsm/3g/lte frequency bands?

I have the A1428 iPhone 5 and i'm going to sweden for 6 months, i would like to know if my iphone will work in the gsm, 3g and Lte frequency they use, i know that probably the lte won't work there but i would like to know if i can call, recieve calls and use the 3g network there.
