Do I have to go to apple store?

Do I have to travel 2+ hours to the nearest apple store if I want anything to be replaced for my warranty?

There are multiple ways to get an iPhone replaced:


- Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP)

- Apple Retail Store (ARS)

- Postage Replacement


To find if an AASP or ARS is near you follow the link below select your country then choose the option service.

If there is nothing near you then depending on your country/region you may have postage options available. You can set this up online here https://expresslane.apple.com/Issues.action or you could contact AppleCare t see if this available and set it up.
