Where to go for dev help at the moment?
If no help is available here, and with the 'official' dev forums being unavailable, where can I go for help at the moment?
 iPhone 4S 32Gb,  AppleTV2-OTHER,  iPad 32Gb Wi-Fi  iMac 27" 3.4GHz

I'm looking for an answer to this as well.
With ios7b4 & xcode5dp4 I figured it would be stable enough for my limited skills, but I've already come up with a few questions and don't know where to ask them.
For the non-beta stuff, I've been using Stack Overflow, or just searching the web.
I'm trying to register a new BundleID in iTunes Connect - which is supposed to be back online - but can't, and no one here has been able to help.
I don't know what to do!
I believe waiting is about all you can do at the moment.
Things are screwed up more than Apple is admitting, even with resources supposedly back online.
I've been corresponding with dev support (yesterday) to no result and today dev support hasn't even responded.
Things are obviously still majorly FU.
The status page lists technical support as still down so that really isn't a suprise.
The backend is under the watch of 3rd party contractors, and Apple is just a user, like us devs - given it's summer, I'd suspect the majority headed for the exits long ago to burn off vacation time they had on the books once it became clear downtime was inevitable.
Now, only the contractor is busy and Apple staffers are scattered to the winds, not due back in any hurry.
Take the hint and go on vacation too 🙂
I believe the generation-appropriate reply is: "Whatever".
I'm a bit older and IMHO Apple really has/continues to screw the pooch (royally) on this. It's pretty clear that no adults are around to sort it out.
'just go on vacation' is not a helpful response; I'll give you full benefit of the doubt and say that you meant it good-naturedly.
bestialities...that's all you got?
You do need a vacation.

Yes, but the status page says that ITC is up, but it's still not working.
Where does that leave the status page status?
I've had no trouble getting into iTC during any of this....
Perhaps your inability is tied to your dev account's viability?
Whatever.
I am truly sorry to hear about your continued frustration, and I'm glad you gave me this opportunity to do something useful, if only for a few minutes, on your behalf.
Leave the dog alone...
Really not sure what you mean, but, yes, I have no problems getting into ITC, it's what it doesn't do when I get there that's the problem. The biggest one being the inability to register a new BundleID.
You have two issues, where at least one points to your dev account status - what does Apple have to say about your account?
Can you please explain what you mean?
I'm sorry, but I just don't understand your point at all.
