Migration of one account from MacBook to IMac

I want to migrate one of the accounts from a MacBook Pro with OS 10.6.8 to an IMac with OS 10.8.3. Can I migrate only that account and leave the other accounts as they are? Can I do it wirelessly?

In the MacBook I am using an apple ID which I would like to keep using both in the other accounts staying on the Mac and in all accounts in the IMac. Will I be able to keep all music and apps as they are now and which I have used to sync my other devices? Do I need to deathorize the account I am transferring? If so, can I do it only for that account and not for the others?
