Track keeps resetting when I pause and audio book

I love listening to audiobooks, but when I pause the music player it always resets the track. I usually have them split up in to 30 minute to hour long tracks, but they always rest when I pause, no matter if I go directly to the music player, pause from my headphones or quick pause while I multitask. This is very annoying and I don't know what to do. Sometimes, it goes back to the places I last left off from hours and sometimes even 4-5 tracks earlier! Is there any way to fix this? I have an iPhone 4S which is fully up to date.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
