Radiant.net incoming server not working in Mail 6.3

Just recently got a computer with 10.8 Mountain Lion. Upgraded from a "17 macbook pro with Leopard. I use mail from Radiant.net and it has always worked. Now on my new computer it doesn't seem to be working. It accepts most everything but rejects the incoming server. I have been at the apple store and tested on one of their computers, but it still doesn't seem to work. I have contacted them and followed their steps and still no success. Is mountain lion not compatible?

Look at the part in the very end of the article about Connection Doctor. Select the incoming server and click show details. After making sure all personal information is obscured, please post a screen shot of the details box. Command - option/alt - 4 allows you to select a specific area. Use the camera icon in the reply box to insert the screen shot - copy and paste won't work.
