Q: My iPad mini says there are 7 updates for my apps, but when I click on the App Store, it's blank.

My iPad mini says there are 7 updates for my apps, but when I click on the App Store, it's blank. I've restarted it twice and no change.

Hi Akmart,

I know it may sound a little strange based on the issue you're describing, but I recommend trying the steps in this iPad troubleshooting assistant:

Frozen or Unresponsive iPad
http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/assistant/ipad/

A restart will most likely resolve it.
