How do you access iTunes with an old Mac OSX after using install disc?

After my Mac OSX froze, I successfully installed the startup disc. However I cannot access iTunes now to reinstall my music. Could only upload photos from iPhone. Safari doesn't work either.

You need to download the latest available Safari.

Safari 4.1.3 for Tiger

other browser of interest.

OmniWeb uses the lastest Safari framework. The open source WebKit. Other browsers like Safari and iCab use the OS version of WebKit. The OmniWeb downloaded dmg includes it's own copy of the latest WebKit.
