App stuck as "waiting" and won't resume download

I was downloading Bioshock which is 8 some gigabytes, and I had to leave in the middle of downloading. When I opened back up my computer at home and resumed the download, it's just been stuck as "waiting" for a good hour. Does anyone know how to get the app to resume downloading?
