Most YouTube content requires Flash ...

Open System Preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab.

Click Delete All under Browsing Data and Settings

With Safari open, press Command + Option + E to empty the Safari cache.

Quit and relaunch Safarfi to test.

If that didn't help ...

Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder

Type or copy paste the following:

~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db

Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.

Quit and relaunch Safari. See if that made a difference.

Ok... don't worry. It takes time to get the hang of how to use Apple Support Communites...

The issue when posting duplicate topics (different threads) is that someone may offer help on one thread but then someone else may offer the same suggestion on the other thread or something different which makes it that much harder to assist you.
