If I delete photos in Flickr does it delete them in iPhoto?

I used the built-in Flickr/iPhoto process to upload some photos but I'm going to stop, start over and use a third-party tool Period if I delete all my Flickr photos will I be deleting them from iPhoto too. If yes, how do I accomplish clearing out my Flickr account and starting over.
