Hello, yesterday I tried to find my iphone and I delete data from my iphone 4s. Since activation imessage still hang on in court, as Facetime.
and I can not create a new Apple ID with my iphone. Thank you for your help

Has your device been jailbroken? If yes, not being able to activate the phone again after updating the iOS is the result of jailbreaking.
My iDevice isn't Jailbroken. He is on IOS 6.1.3 and this it a iphone 4s
