Using a spam block or changing your email address will be the only way to stop them. Make sure that your password for your Apple ID and your security questions are difficult to guess or look up, though; you might want to change them yourself as a precaution, though do not click on any links in any email you may have received.
By the way, this forum is intended for questions about old, pre-G3 hardware, and doesn't get much traffic. Hence it's not the forum where you'll be most likely to get help with problems with any product or service released within the last ten years or so.
