Q: I have created fixed layout epub file, its display vary on indian iPad and German iPad

Hi All,

 

I have created a fixed layout epub file. I've viewed this in Indian iPad it disply seems good, but the same epub file i've viewed by German iPad its display vary. I dont know why this displays vary on iPad. This is iPad problem or iPad settings vary on different countries.

Kindly advise if anyone faced this issue.

    Try posting your photos again, as they are not visible now.

     

    Are you viewing your file with iBooks?  iPad's are the same no matter where you buy them.  What are you talking about when you say "Indian" iPad exactly?  There should never be any difference in how iBooks displays an epub between different iPads.

    I've faced this kind of issues in multiple books. I know there is no differnce in manufacturing but why this happened?

    As I asked before, could you explain what you mean exactly by "Indian" iPad?   That term does not make any sense to me.

     

    It looks like a different font is being used.  What font have you specified in the code of your book?
