Exporting an Aperture slideshow to a movie file

How do I export an Aperture 3.0 finished slideshow to either Motion 5 or Final Cut Express 4, so I can save as a .mov file? My intention is to save the slideshow as a .mov file so I can use box/dropbox/Google Drive to send it to a friend, and it plays as the finished product. Thanks for any advice!

When you export the slide show from Aperture you can create a .mov file.

Once you have the .mov file you can import it into Final Cut or wherever you need it.
