Q: I have been sent a new bank card. I gifted a song to someone it didnt take it out of the gift card ballance but tryed to take it off my card i still dont have my bank card but i have $20.00 on my i tunes card

i still have not recieved my card in the mail. i have over $20.00 on my itunes gift card it says i cant use my gift card until i change my credit card. because i gifted the card and theres a ballance i owe but i cant get it to take out of my gift card

    Additional Information

     

    Note: When purchasing an iTunes Gift, a valid credit card must be on file; you cannot purchase an iTunes Gift with store credit. Purchased gifts cannot be redeemed outside of the country of purchase. For example, an iTunes Gift purchased in France cannot be redeemed on an iTunes Store outside of France. You can contact Apple Support to cancel an iTunes Gift up to two days before scheduled delivery.
