So i redeemed an Apple gift card worth £70 to my itunes account but i want to use it in the App Store to pay towards Logic Pro X. I can't find a way to transfer the credit, or find any evidence that its spendable in the app store.
Has anyone had the same problem?

When you purchase iTunes content, the balance from your gift card will be deducted automatically.
You can check the balance of a redeemed card here > Account Home - Apple Store
Both iTunes and the Mac App Store draw from the same account and any credit from gift cards that you have redeemed through the iTunes Store is also available for purchases from the Mac App Store. You will be asked for a bank card to pay any remaining balance not covered by your store credit.

Yeah i looked in one of the menus on app store and found my £70 credit, it's just not as easy to find as in iTunes...
