Im trying to restore my iPod touch but its saying it is unavailable at the time to try again later and I have tryed and i dont know what to do.

No, I cant even use my iPod. Its saying to connect it to iTunes and when i do that it says it needs to restore and when i do that it then says it cant connect im trying to reset the ipod all together
