I like to download books to my ipod and iphone. It is most especially helpful for my children. But more and more, when I insert a CD of a book, itunes insists that it is music. I am unable to save it to the audiobooks area.
Then, if one uses shuffle, a random book track will begin somewhere between your songs... 😕
How can I fix this?

Select the files in iTunes, right click - get info.
Click the Options tab an set Media Kind: to Audiobook.

Thre has been a right click for years.
System prefs > Mouse.
Set the right button as Secondary Button.
Also, control click is the same as right click.
