Q: 4G does not work on my iPhone 5

Hello, I have the same issue with my iPhone 5 updated with ios7, I changed the sim card at STC today and made sure its connected to 4G. Its not showing 4G!

Where did you get the phone? If you got the phone through your carrier, call them back and ask them to re-provision your account.

I bought the phone from Apple Store in LA.

Los Angeles?  Well, there you go.  The unlocked iPhone sold in the U.S. is not compatible with the LTE bands used in the rest of the world. If you intended to use it in KSA, you should have bought a phone in KSA.

When I bought it, I did not intend to use it in KSA. I will buy the 5s from here. Thanks for your help. :)
