It's a bug in the web server.


From the Safari menu bar, select

Safari Preferences... Privacy Remove All Website Data


and confirm. Test.

Your browser only allows a certain number of cookies per site by default. It's more accurate to say a data limit per site, in which the size of each cookie determines the maximum amount allowed at a given domain.

This message is caused by a program bug within WebAdvisor. Simply, Log out of WebAdvisor and Log In again.
