Putting Movies from iTunes onto iPod

Hi. I am having trouble getting some of the movies from ym computer onto my iPod. I have used the Videora iPod converter on the clips and movies I want to transfer onto my iPod, but whenever I try to put them from iTunes onto my iPod, I always encounter some sort of problem. For example, I tried to put on a clip I had converted onto my iPod, but I got a message saying that it could not be transferred. Any help would be appreciated, because I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

laramb13 again. I just encountered another problem. When I connected the iPod to the USB port (the movie I wanted was in the iTunes library), and it was trying to transfer the movie I assume, I got a message saying "Another user on the computer is using iPod software, so iTunes is unable to communicate with this iPod. Please ask the user to log out.", but no one else on my computer was using iPod software, or was even logged on! What is the problem? I would really appreciate any help whatsoever.

I'm no expert but I found thatwhen using XP, ensuring all other users with log in ID's were actually logged out cured this problem.

Hope I'm right!

Lara~ you need to disable "Enable Fast User Switching". That causes all kinds of crazy issues with iTunes.

The message you copied indicates that it IS turned on.
