How can we fix no service in damaged iphone 4s

i have a iphone 4s it actually fell down and i managed to fix everything except the signal it searches and says no service but shows carrier and all

iPhone 3GS, iOS 4.2, 8gb

Note: There is no guarantee the article will resolve the issue if the iPhone was physically damaged from the fall. This would then mean you need the iPhone replaced.

even if it fall down and gets damaged is it hardware probs or software probs

Then you didn't fix everything.... It's most likely a hardware issue but Apple will not touch that phone now that it's been worked on by someone else. You will need to find a repair shop or buy a new phone.
