when i swich on my ipad ameesage says icloud backup is unable to access the account.review your account imformation in settings.I cannot do an thing on the ipad as the slide to unlock does,t move at all.
Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
