I have a ipod touch 3rd generation saying this app is not compatible with this ipod. It has been fully updated and I still cant download anything in the app store please can someone please help I have a very frustrated 6 year old that wants to use his ipod x

I suspect you have have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.
