Q: when I try to go into my account on ipad or iphone it has my old email so I cannot enter my password

I am trying to get to my icloud account to change paqyment. When I go to icloud screen it has my old email address and it wont let me change the email so I can enter the password and make my payment option change. Please help

You will need to sign out completely and sign in with the correct ID.

didnt work. I turn my ipad totally off and when I turn it back on and go to Icloud under settings, the Apple ID screen doesnt allow changes. The Passwood section does. I have a new email that I am trying to enter into iCloud and I am not able to. Apple is about to charge me $20 for a storage plan I dont want. Help

Go to Settings>iCloud and click 'Delete account'. Then sign in with the new ID.
