don't have the add to button in itunes 11

I am fed up with the new Itunes. Now I understand that I am using an older Ipod (Classic), but c'mon guys. I have reinstalled Itunes three times and still do not have the "add to " button that I need to add a playlist to my Ipod. This thing is about to go in the trash if I can't figure this out soon. Please help 😠
