How do I remove audiobooks from my ipod touch, when I manually manage music & videos?

Dear All,

I have downloaded some sudiobooks directly to my ipod touch and now I;ve listened to them I wish to remove them. I manually manage musice & videos etc... rather than syncing my ipod, therefore how do I remove them from the ipod touch please?
