I just bought a macbook pro and I've been trying to use limewire because I dont know how to download soulseek with a mac. I'm about to pull my hair out trying to use limewire though! I know theres a way to get soulseek on here, but I don't know how. Can anyone help me?

well, doing a quick google, it appears that your only client will be nicotine, and there is no precompiled binary avaible, and it does not use the natice Aqua interface, so you have to install it from source

a small howto is avaible here

and as a note, Nicotine is not soulseek, it is a free client that can connect to soulseek

heya,

i've been using a client called "soulseex" for a while now, you should find it easily with a quick search.

is universal & works fine so far (although it does seem to return less search results for me compared to the original soulseek on win)
