moving mail rules

Hello, can I move mail rules (actually smart mailboxes) from one computer to another? via copying a plist, or icloud, etc?

I had little luck getting an answer on this. One person replied in the icloud forum saying he didn't think so.

I have way too many smart mailboxes to create them again manually in my new computer.

Currently they are in an old MacBook Pro running Lion. I want to move them to my new iMac running Mt Lion.
