Q: iCloud Free storage (5GB) option grayed out

I tried to downgrade to the free 5GB, but when I select that option, the 'DONE' button is grayed out.

It might be because former MobileMe subscribers will automatically be downgraded to the free plan. You don't need to do anything if that's what you want.
