Q: My iPhone says I cannot make any new iCloud accounts when I type the accout I made on this phone,I'm gettin n ipone5 and I wanted to store all my data to iCloud so I can move it all over.

    If it's an account you previously created on your phone, you should be able to sign into it.  You might want to check to see if you can sign into it on icloud.com to confirm that it's still functional.

     

    Otherwise, if your goal is to backup your data so you can transfer it to your new phone, you might want to just back up on your computer using iTunes.  Also authorize your computer for all Apple IDs used to purchase your apps and other media on your device (in Store>Authorize This Computer), then connect your phone, open iTunes and go to File>Devices>Transfer purchases to transfer everything to your iTunes library.  You will then be able to restore your phone to your iTunes backup and sync with iTunes to restore everything to your new phone.

     

    You should also import your photos to your computer separately as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.  This especially important if you will be restoring your phone from the backup of a different device such as an iPad, as photos will not transfer.
