If you are running 10.7.2 or later you can create an iCloud account. It's too late to move from MobileMe because it was shut down a while ago.

You are on iCloud already if you have a functioning @me.com address. You also have an @icloud.com address with the same prefix.

When the complimentary extra storage for ex-MobileMe subscribers expires, if you do nothing you will be downgraded to 5GB storage but nothing else will change.

Or you can choose to continue the storage by paying for it. Please see this page:
