i need to refund my monye because not working and i try to contact with

I have problem in my application Al Jazeera ,I have only Al Jazeera 9 and 10 only but I dont have HD1and HD2 ,and not (working) its making loading and not working ,,and I purchase from my creidt card its connecte with my ibad today and not working . now i want refund my monye

You should contact the app issuer, not iTunes. If you tell them that you incidentally bought the HD version, while you got an older iPad where the new app won't run with, they usually refund your money, because you can't use it.
