Or coming to Heathrow in order to fly on to somewhere else? Driving or public transport? Insufficient data. It all depends... Kingston is certainly the nearest as the crow flies. White City takes 50 minutes to an hour on the tube (with changes), Covent Garden (no changes) about an hour, Kingston by bus (direct) an hour and ten minutes in theory - I wouldn't bank on it not being longer. (And don't go this Sunday - everywhere closed because of cycling).

A map of Apple Retail Stores near Heathrow airport is HERE.

Also, there are Apple Shops which are Apple-designed outlets located within selected Apple resellers and other retail shops. Many are staffed with Apple Solutions Consultants — trained Apple employees, who can help you find the best solution. For a map of Apple Shops near Heathrow airport, click HERE.

Both maps were found by going here:

...clicking on UK, then Sales, then entering "Heathrow airport", then clicking on Refine results and more filters.

The nearest Apple Store to Heathrow Airport is in the Bentalls Centre in Kingston, Surrey.

White City and Covent Garden might be easier to get to as they can be reached on the Tube, the latter without changing.

There is a bus to Kingston - the 111 from Heathrow Central stops in Wood Street, just outside the Bentall Centre, but it takes an hour and ten minutes (quite likely longer given the traffic).

There is apparently a Dixons Travel in the airport - they are an Apple Authorised retailer though I'm not sure whether they do phones. You should phone them before going - Dixon's everywhere else has closed so I assume this information is still up to date:

However they will sell you a phone (if they sell phones at all) but I would have thought not replace a damaged one - for that you would probably have to go to a proper Apple Store, which brings us back to the ones already mentioned.
