I just bought it and it won't work! I did all the updates but it's saying I need snow leopard? Please help!!

Snow Leopard is going to be a paid update that you will need to order form the Apple Online Store. Before upgrading, it is always a good idea to have a backup of your information. The article below has more information about backing up.
