I'm hugely sympathetic towards you but it is well nigh impossible to complain to Facebook, let alone find someone to accept responsibility. And as for the term 'to have power without responsibility', facebook is the ultimate example.

Cheers for the replies. Some harsh speaking actually helped solving this spamming that has continued past year, but as I heard iOS is coming with a block function, so just gonna twin my fingers til then.

Apple also now has a mechanism through which you can report spam or offensive messages that come through iMessage:
