I never received my complimentary 20 gigs of space from Apple. I purchased it myself on 06/23/13. What can I do to receive it?

Only former MobileMe customers were extended the 1-year of 20GB free storage (which is quickly coming to a close). Standard iCloud comes with 5GB free storage.

I am a former MobileMe customer. I wouldn't be expecting it otherwise.
Right, but I'm fairly certain that the free 20GB was offered to former MobileMe customers when they were transitioning off of MobileMe and "migrating" to iCloud. Since MobileMe has been shut down for over a year now, there is no more "transitioning" going on.
So, despite the fact that you were a MobileMe customer, if you are just setting up an iCloud account now, then you are not really "transitioning" from MobileMe to iCloud. Ergo, the 5GB of storage.

The reason I'm mentioning this now is because I just received an email from Apple stating tat I will be listing my complimentary 20 gig space when I never received it in the first place. So I guess I'll speak to someone in customer service tomorrow about my issue.
