the walking dead wont restore my purchase

I purchased the walking dead multipack for 19.99 for my Iphone. Before I downloaded the content, I had reset my Iphone and reinstalled everything again, including The walking dead game. Now, when I try to restore the episodes I purchased, it asks me for my ID and then it asks me to purchase the contents again.
