Welcome to Apple Support Communities! There are multiple areas where you'll be logged into your Apple ID on your iPhone, so it depends where you're trying to edit it. Two of the main locations you'll be signed in to your Apple ID are in Settings > iCloud and Settings > iTunes and App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in to edit.
