How do I bulk delete old AOL emails from IPhone4S?

My iPhone 4S has over 7,000 emails from my AOL account that I would like to delete as they are taking up valuable space on the cloud.

When I go to my mailbox and click Edit, it doesn't give me the option under Edit to "select all". Has anyone found a way around this?

I'd hate to think I have to click on each of the 7,000 to get them to delete from my iPhone. Thank you for any help you can provide.

This isn't going to be what you want to hear. The iPhone mail application does not have a select all option when using the edit feature. If you want to clear your mail you would need to access the full website. The mobile website does not have a feature like this either if I remember correctly.
