Will a screen protector for an iPhone 4/4S fit a 4th generation iPod touch?

My phone needs a new screen protector and I need a screen protector for my phone, and it would just be easiest to get the same one for my devices.

The screen protector will fit but you would need to modify it to have a hole where the receiver is.

The only differences would be the cutouts for the front camera (the location is different between the phone and iPod) and for the mic (the mic on the phone is on the front by the camera while the mic is on the back for the iPod.
